L’association Elan Interculturel, organisme de recherche et formation depuis 2008 sur la relation interculturelle dans le travail social et l’apprentissage des langues, vous propose, avec l’appui du Réseau linguistique Paris-Saclay, une formation gratuite aux Ulis (91) de deux jours intitulée “Pédagogie non formelle et multisensorielle pour le FLE”. Elle est à destination des formateur.rice.s en français langue étrangère et alphabétisation travaillant avec des personnes primo-arrivantes.
Cette formation abordera, entre autres :
– comment mieux adapter vos activités aux apprenant.e.s ?
– comment mieux comprendre le fonctionnement du cerveau et l’apprentissage dans des conditions difficiles ?
– comment développer des outils stimulants et créatifs qui favorisent la motivation , la curiosité et la résilience pour les apprenant.e.s ?
ATTENTION : Il ne s’agit pas d’une méthode FLE mais d’activités dont vous pouvez vous inspirer afin d’aborder l’enseignement du FLE avec une approche plus diverse.
PROGRAMME (flyer en pièce jointe également) :
Jour 1 : introduction aux neurosciences et fonctionnement du cerveau
Jour 2 : transmission d’activités pratiques basées sur le jeu et la stimulation des cinq sens pour les cours de FLE
L’objectif de ces activités à mettre en place en cours de FLE est de contribuer à baisser le niveau de stress, favoriser un climat de confiance et de communication afin de créer les conditions de possibilités et d’ouverture cognitive pour que l’apprentissage puisse avoir lieu.
